A wedding wont have much emotional impact for me just because even though Azuki was an important character she didn't have much impact because she was rarely ever "there" in terms of overall story content. She was the invisible heroin that got mentioned more then shown. So you could never get as close to her character as you could Miyoshi. Made it seem like Miyoshi was more of a heroin to the overall story then Azuki.

really? i think the wedding will be emotional it's been Mashiro & Azuki's dream to get married from the very beginning.
i know Azuki & Mashiro weren't shown together enough but that's the type of relationship they both had & i understood that.
all the hard work & dedication finally paid off the goals they both set to achieve finally were accomplished.
this wedding means everything to Mashiro & Azuki all the time that's passed & finally they can be together. <3

I was hoping for an epilogue...actually I was hoping to see how Hiramaru's kid would look like, but this is okay.

See I only ever watched DN, but I've got a Japanese copy of the first volume to help me learn JP... I must say that Bakuman only really hooked me when PCP was first formulated :P

A front page colour isn't the same as a full final epilogue wedding/5 years latter chapter :O

I'm lucky that I just recently watched all anime, then manga, and got caught up right at the point to end it right when last chapter is released.

Overall its a great slice of life anime and I'm glad that I never stopped going through it. Its set to be a marathon over 10 years, but the plot and time skips kept the entire series interesting as the characters made improvements to their works over time.

Now I'll feel motivated to fulfill my dream and work hard whenever I hear the great anime songs in my Op & ed playlist.

Meh, kind of a disappointing ending.

Meh, I prefer Death Note to Bakuman to be truthful. Something about Bakuman just never caught my attention. I actually dropped it like half way through and 3/4 of the way, I just lost all interest. It was probably about the time they were successful and had very little chance of failure. It took all the tension out of it :<
