i pretty much get everything so far
the manga was just not revealing everything at once, in the latest ch they're explaining about psyren and what happened to the world it'll make more sense the more you read in the story

I definitely understand this. Around that part there was a lull, but if you keep going it gets better. Especially once they reveal who is behind everything.
