Summary:
Dr. Kenzo Tenma is a renowned young brain surgeon of Japanese descent working in Europe. Highly lauded by his peers as one of the great young minds that will revolutionize the field, he is blessed with a beautiful fiancé and is on the cusp of a high promotion in the hospital he works at. However, all of that is about to change with one critical decision that Dr. Tenma faces one night – whether to save the life of a young child or that of the town's mayor. Despite being pressured by his superiors to perform surgery on the mayor, his morals force him to perform the surgery on the young child, saving his life and forfeiting the mayor's. All of a sudden, Dr. Tenma's world is turned upside down by his decision leading to the loss of everything he previously had. A doctor is taught to believe that all life is equal; however, when a series of murders occur in the vicinity of Dr. Tenma, all of the evidence pointing to the young child who he saved, Tenma’s beliefs are shaken.

This manga is, well... crack.
It's available on OneManga, so you can read a little summery there, but here's what I have to say about it.
The manga was done by a guy, who used to be...an assistant or a student of that other guy who does FAIRY TAIL (oh the irony of the awesome manga flow: DBZ=>OnePiece=>FairyTail=>This Manga)
The storyline is hard to describe...actually...

Imagine if LUFFY was a girl. Imagine if ZORO was...well, Zoro, but with brown-blond hair
And imagine how Luffy-girl one day meets Zoro and the crack adventure begins X)

A girl, with crack ideas and a scary past and even scarier dreams, stalking a guy with an absolutely 'gtfo' attitude.
Did I mention she goes as far as stalking in the toilet? So... a full of weird ideas Megane-girl (megane = glasses) trying to drag a super-yankee-boy into her messed up world

Plot: Ten years have passed since the 'Great Tokyo Earthquake', a massive natural distaster that sank over 70 percent of Tokyo into the ocean. Ganta Igarashi is an unassuming 14-year old middle school student in Nagano Prefecture. Ganta is an 'escapee', a Tokyo survivor of the earthquake, but he has no memories of the disaster and simply wishes to play soccer and live a normal life. All that changes one day when a mysterious man covered in blood appears outside his classroom window. The 'Red Man' slaughters Ganta's classmates, but strangely leaves him alive after imbedding a crimson crystal in his chest. Ganta's life goes from bad to worse when he is blamed for the grisly murders and sentenced to life imprisonment in 'Deadman Wonderland'.
