I didn't see it either, but it could have just been a tattoo. I mean they are punks after all.

is this one more calm though. I mean he's definately not near it. if that was Be'el he'd be fried right about now

well the tattoo/mark is only at that stage, while we've seen Oga with the full arm :/
I guess we can't say unless we see him in a serious fight .. I think

Thats true but didn't they mention that Baby Be'el chooses the most evil/strongest so if the mark has moved to someone else maybe it means he stronger and/or more evil than Oga making him have a fever???
As for the tattoo size that depends on how evil and how violent the person gets right because Oga's one shrank.

well we don't really know that the sign he has is from Be'el do we ? it seemed apparent to me there are many other demon king candidates or whatever, at least imo :/ I guess if that is the cae though then Yeah Toujo is stronger/more evil

Whoa there are more candidates? I can't even remember but If this is the case then wouldn't Toujou be carrying his baby candidate too, assuming his mark is from a demon king candidate? Either way it will be sick to find out I'm more excited about next weeks chapter now.
