Seems RedHawkScans has got volume 12 so from 95 til at least 100 the chapters should come out quickly, and they have HQ scans and good translations.

I am caught up with this manga too.
It's pretty awesome so far.
I still believe that Saji somehow survived and i believe the same for Akira's friend (the one with the mole). If i learned something from mangas it's that a character is not dead until you see the corpse.

Do you guys think that Miina's dad made or has something to do with that island? I am pretty sure he does.
