I like the one in Bleach, I believe it was the bount arc... The cute catchy song played at the ending credits, where the bounts are dancing.

plus the screamo one in bleach played at opening credits... this was early in the series

also Samurai Champloo and Afro Samurai are good as well

i really liked the first the naruto ending
it had kind of a reggea beat and went like:
dont try to live so wise
dont cry coz youre so right
dont dry with fakes or fears
coz you will hatte yourself in the end

High and Mighty Color - Ichirin no Hana (Bleach opening) - definetly my favorite anime song
Then there's Scandal - Shojo S - really cool! Can't stop singing it.
Fighting dreamers - Naruto opening - it really makes me feel good.
ON/OFF - Futatsu no kodou to akai tsumi (Vampire Knight opening)
