If by "qcore" you mean "quad core" then: those are not meant to be overclocked. You should have went with a cheaper dual core that has a higher natural clock speed. Could do better than the 9600 GT. There is nothing special with Linux, also. Personally, I prefer XP and they did actual decide to keep it on life support a little while longer. My laptop has Vista Home Premium, if I could find my Vista Business DVD, I'd throw that on there, but it is not to be found.

I got a mac with a G4 processor and I added some more ram to it some time ago good thing I dont have a PC or else I would be loaded with viruses from all the web surfing ive done lol

HAHA first off, *shudders* Dell... *makes Gates look less evil* Second Macs are really good actually... and if you play games and that is your SOLE reason for using windows, use bootcamp. I guarentee you games will run faster that way than before  Me personally I have a macbook pro 17", a little old gateway laptop (soon to be scrap, haha) and a custom built AMD DC FX-62 3GB DDR2 2.5TB of HDD space, ATI x3750 :P (Have Leopard, Ubuntu, XP, Vista all on it WOOT!)

@Speedrockracer Nice nice man... thats the way I am building a quad now but I am going to get a ATI 3750x2. Those cards are amazing What linux distro you using? Ubuntu is awesome if you are not using it :P

why souldnt i overklock qcores? this one clocks greath from 2,41 to 3,2 no problem at all just dont use the intel cooler  about the vga tru could be better but for now its fine dont have money yet for a 9800GX2 @ Shinichi Miamoto 3750 is realy good in dual setup my friend has 3 of them in one pc also using ubuntu greath OS pwns windows and mac and it looks even better than vista suse is also realy nice | |

@speedrockracer Damn that IS nice. 3 of em is amazing. Yeah I WILL get to that point eventually but at the moment the rest is going to cost me too much, haha. I am waiting another month or so until the motherboards that will support DDR4 as well as the DD4 memory will be realeased and then build my distro. THAT will be awesome to have DDR4... *Quoting Jim Carrey* "SMOKIN!" LOL! So those will be pricy so I will have to wait on 3 of em  I WANT THOUGH, haha. Yes Ubuntu looks WAY better than Vista ir Leopard... gotta love Beryl / Compiz (of Compiz fusion like I have which is both). I anymore use WINE and jsut emulate all my windows apps on there
