I remember someone mentioned that their was a software that changes your wallpaper every set amount of minutes. Does anyone know what this software is called and where i can download it?

it was in my bleach wallpaper thread here 5th post

And it works great. If you play games though u may want to disable it while your playing, it can get annoying watching your screen flicker alot.(had mine switching every 1 min)
