I would recommend getting CCleaner for uninstalling files. It is especially good for when you get a new laptop and uninstall crapware from your newly bought computer.

Anyways, to access Window's uninstall menu in Vista...

Just press the window's key and type "program" in the search bar and then open up "Programs and Features." Just double click what you want to uninstall.
