ok i just got a vista laptop...i know its gay and i cant find the add or remove programs can somone please help me ????

well on my laptop it shows up when u press the start button at the bottom left

why don't you just call the company you bought it from or call something like the geek squad.
don't you know any computer geeks that can help you? (no offense, i tend to be one myself)
if not look it up on google.
