ipod help!

its possible to delete them on ur account by not syncing onto the ipod with ur playlist.

what u do is this connect the ur cousins iPod onto the computer after a while the computer will recognize it and it will ask u to name the iPod and stuff. and it will also ask you to register it. if u want u can do that.


but make sure that the box towards the bottoms is unchecked and by that i mean the one that says" automatically sync iPod" if it doesnt say that it should say something like "manually manage music on iPod" if so check that box.

i kinda forgot which of the two it is. but dont worry, if the iPod does syncing with the computer you can later change the option to turn it off.


just try to do it before. while registering or a couple seconds after. u cant miss it!!!

it says it can't connect i need the itunes version 8.0...........but i don't want to download that one ...

really? it should let u connect even if u dont have it updated.....try again and if doesnt work u might have to update iTunes, if u really want to put music in her iPod that bad.

i give up.mine was the latest version when i had my ipod.so i reccomend downloading it.

she really wants me to....so if i download that version will it delete songs+videos(notpayed for/downloaded) i already have??

nope that will just update the iTunes itself and it will not delete any music or videos. that is of course unless you actually buy the music/videos through iTunes cuz in that case i would not know. i've never done that. but it should either way.
