^i think it will delete the vids/music i didn't buy...so i won't take any risks..

no it shouldnt delete the vid/or music that u didnt buy because u do not have them saved to iTunes itself. the music and videos should be saved on a different folder separate from iTunes, and just to make sure, if u want make a new folder on ur desktop and copy the music/videos there, and then update iTunes if it makes u a little bit safer, but trust me, i upgrade iTunes a lot, and it has never deleted the music from my computer, and none of the songs are bought through iTunes whatsoever.

they really dont. it still works even with an older version of iTunes even if there is a newer version of iTunes out.

i thought you buy your music...?...i have the videos+music saved but...what if i have to transfer them again!!!+most of my music is not from itunes!

well if u have to transfer them again, it only takes about 1 minute. u can surely wait 1 minute right?

yeah juvefc ipod do need new itunes especially when they have problems most of the new itunes fix it for u accordin the apple

trust me they dont. before iTunes 8.0 came i, i had not updated my iTunes in a while. and the iPod worked perfectly. and trust me i should know this. i get friends and family coming over almost every week so i can upload music on their iPods and all of them have worked perfectly.
