|  mac vs alienware
I know it depends on what the user is looking for but can you guys and gals share some features and specs and give your opinion on which one would be a better buy and what model. Thanks!

Both are extremely overpriced. It really just comes down to preference between OSX and Windows (or Unix) now a days.

well automatically I say MAC Osx is in another league from windows.... Think of it this way...you'll never have a virus or spyware. I'm a graphic designer so it was a no brainer for me.... but if you dont go with mac please at least dont get Vista I have heard and seen nothing but bad things

I've got a macbook and even when I go home (we have comps with non-Vista) I use my laptop because I prefer it. It was pricey but well worth it - I have a feeling it's going to last me a long while ^^

yeah mac always gets put above any other computer it is put up against, alienware is awesome too except for the fact that it uses windows well thanks too everyone who posted in this thread so far still waiting for more info though =D
