I'm not familiar with Numbers quite yet and I'm in Stats and well, I think you know how that goes...

So I looked on the Microsoft website but I couldn't find a download for JUST Excel (Not the current version; can't stand the new Office and I don't want to use up too much memory on my MacBook) for Macintosh. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Have you tried Google Docs? They have a spreadsheet program.

OpenOffice should work on Macs.

Try OpenOffice OpenOffice Download Center its free and works very Well on MACs tough Microsoft Office is wayyy Better

Whats up with the Memory thing your talking about

? Excel uses little to no RAM whatsoever 12MB for Me with a Full Sheet of Numbers and Equations
Ver: Office Ultimate 2007 SP 2 full Weight Installed: 684MB

I tried Open Office and didn't like it... just used the school PCs
