Black Screen problem!!

My computer is being a pain in the ass! I recently just fixed an Internet explorer problem but now my computer screen is messed up! When I turn on my computer I see everything, even the windows XP logo and the loading bar. But after that the screen turns pitch black and the only thing I can see and move is my mouse. I even reformatted my computer!!! WHAT DO I DO!?!??!?!

try hooking up a monitor to it and see if it outputs to it the same. it may be a driver issue.

I hope it's not a driver issue! It's going to cost me alot of money...I think it was overheated or something.

it's simple in trying to fix yourinternet problem you end of frying you drivers , might as well buy a new computer :/
it would cost less money, well wait let me not speek too soon what type of computer is it :/

dells don't have too many driver melt downs

Do you have a lot of USB items connected?

It could just be a power problem, if you aren't suing something that is plugged in, you should take it out.

driver's are not hardware, there software and almost always free from the home site. If its a driver issue it prolly wont cost you a dime.

You're in luck when it comes to driver issues, because the main drivers that come shipped with a premade PC from a manufacturer like Dell will have all the drivers you need for your specific model on their website.
