this is a good application to get rid of trojans and other kinds of viruses and its better than my other malware detector which i used to use AVG

~Avira - free Anti-Virus
~Spybot Search & Destroy - installs dummies, blocks bad cookies, blocks bad images, blocks bad hosts, it checks activeX, LSP, and you can use it to check which programs starts automatically and more
~Firefox 3.5.x with "no script"

I'm using microsoft essentials instead of avira pro lol, avira pro gives too much false alerts

Microsoft Security Essentials is good but scan speed way too slow.

Free Recommendation: Microsoft Security Essentials and windows firewall only. (Comodo Firewall, MalwareBytes Anti-Malware or Spybot S&D for extra is fine.)

Paid Recommendation: Eset Smart Security 4(Don't bother for others)

Browser: Firefox 3.5.3 with Ad Block Plus, No script and WOT
