Well I accidentally upgraded to v3.95 official a while ago, and now i cant play my games in the "memory stick section". I was just wondering since its been a long while since v3.95 is there any way to downgrade or upgrade it to a cfw that will allow me to run my games from the "memory stick" section wihtout the need of all this stuff about a pandora battery and a magic memory stick(i think thats wat its called)? Maybe hopefully theres some program or something that someone has made to downgrade or upgrade 3.95 to a cfw?

I don't recall up to which firmware you can easily downgrade from... But, have you tried a Pandora Battery, get a friend to make you one if you do not have one.

If you can't downgrade from anything, there is a new exploit in the newest firmware that will allow you to downgrade. I don't think it really matters anymore, but I am assuming you have a PSP with a hackable motherboard?

P.S. 3.95, official? They're past firmware 6... o.O

Is there anyway possible way WITHOUT a pandora battery or magic memory stick? My psp used to be on a cfw but i accidentally upgrade to offical firmware. Yes i know 3.95 is old but back then when i accidnetally did this,there was no way of downgrading without pandora/magic memory stick, so after all this time im wondering if there is a way of doing it now without those items

Well, after a little searching, I've only seen that it is only possible to downgrade/use CFW is with an official firmware below 3.50.

So, I think your only option is to go with a Pandora Battery... If you don't know anyone with a hacked psp, you'll have to go with the overpriced Datel/eBay route.

Cheap battery that just may work just to make a Pandora Battery... I don't know about the "Tool," but ~$10 isn't too much of a risk... Just read the reviews and it seems like this will do the trick, I am almost tempted...

but the new one is 5.33 so that the old one go to youtube and search cfw 5.33c

so, i've heard about the possibility of downgrading from a newer version like ex 5.33, is that possible? so wouldnt it be possible to update the firmware to that new version THEN downgrade?

The higher you go, the less chance you will be able to DG for a long time.

Do you not understand that each of those numbers is a patch? Patches break hacks...and no hack = no DG

i know and understand, and its why im asking, HOW is it possible that ive read ppl have successfully downgraded from a higher fw version than 3.95 when you cant downgrade 3.95
