i just got a new 32gb ipod touch and i want to put my anime on it and i am having problems finding a free video converter that will transfer the subs with the video. any suggestions with download links would be great. thanks!!!!

handbrake works well.......

also xvid can be used.....

i installed handbreak but its not picking up the subs from the mkv file. any tips?

AlltoAvi will pick them up but you still must select them inside the program.
