in some of image hosting sites there is a "upload from url" function that give the permission to users transfer an image from another online service :

ImageLinkers.com - Free Image Hosting and Image Upload
Pix-Share.com - Free Image Hosting

now i am looking for a hosting service that enable me to do the same work with videos ...
for example transfer an video from youtube to it ?
can you guide me on it or suggest such online services ?

YouTube to MP3 - Convert YouTube videos to MP3

It just converts and lets the user download the file though...

are you trying to say that you want to url upload the video into another video streaming website?

I think he needs a File Hosting system which can retrieve and store the vids, when only provided with URLs. i.e. he will be free from any network traffic needed to move that file.

But I seriously doubt if anyone would offer such an unreliable service for free..

Such site don't exist as far as I know. But I may help you to download any embedded videos, if you need.

It exists, wat.tv and rutube can do it with a youtube url
