Gaming PC for Uni

That PC actually looks pretty good for it's cost, but you could get a better one at that price, you just need to research a little into what to get and build your own computer, but for the price of that one, it's pretty good, should be able to run newer games at at least medium graphics... :P

Yeah I want something beasty to sweat it out on, it'll be my main games console as my PS3 only exists right now for KH3, Versus XIII and Kaizoku Musou.

The first two of these will be PS5 games, and so I might as well sell up shop now xD

I'm a graphics whore as well, I'd prefer high graphics :P I'll shop around and see what I can come up with, if anyone has any parts they'd recommend then please say

Haha bs.
This PC will run on ultra settings. Even my laptop runs newer games at Ultra. Even my Battlefield 3 runs just fine at ultra. I'm not even joking, I can take screenshots of running some high performance games on ultra with the fps.

And that's with these specs lol

What I did was that I hung out in a tech forum for a bit, read their posts, got a bit of an idea, then asked them to "build me a PC" in a specific budget (basically just list the parts they would recommend) and then I shopped around for those parts to get even better deals. It was my first time building a gaming PC and I am more than happy now. I love it! I reside in the UK as well and could give you some tips if you like.

Can I get better for my money, I'll probs max about 450GBP for a decent rig, ofc I'm going to use it for work, don't think I'm going to live in Gaben-world for the next 3 years xD

Any help would be much appreciated, I am a virgin to heavy PC gaming and gaming rigs in general. Runescape was as hardcore as it got for me

For hardcore gaming I'd use Alienware. I'd also build it myself because then you can customise it to your own liking.
