Gaming PC for Uni

Okay so I'm off to uni soon, and I want to upgrade my laptop to something with a bit more meat, this is what I've got so far

Can I get better for my money, I'll probs max about 450GBP for a decent rig, ofc I'm going to use it for work, don't think I'm going to live in Gaben-world for the next 3 years xD

Any help would be much appreciated, I am a virgin to heavy PC gaming and gaming rigs in general. Runescape was as hardcore as it got for me

i think you could get better if you would buy the parts seperatly.
put it togther like you want and you could still save some money

It's more than good enough. Even though it's true what Osna says, not everyone can build their own PC.

I would hope you're going into graphic design or something like that if you're planning to get a Gaming PC for university. Otherwise, I feel like it'd be a waste of money.

What P20 said, If you're using a gaming PC solely for Uni then you're wasting your money. However, if you use it for Uni and heavy Gaming, then that's a different story.

This PC is a cheap beast, I didn't know the graphic card but the other parts are very "strong" !

I know someone who builds PCs, I'll ask for his help then xD

It's not just for uni work obvs, it will be used for some pretty heavy gaming ;D
