Yes indeed, FF is the best for development and power users. Google Chrome, like most of other Google products, isn't as open source or tweakable. It's for the Internet fanatic who loves browsing but who's not really into what works underneath the browser.

Enterprise-level sh*t needs to be that fast. If Google Fiber is the first consumer-level product to offer such speeds and actually deliver, then kudos to them. I can never expect this in third world countries.

I prefer Firefox, as it keeps a cache of sites you often visit and makes it easier to load them frequently. Chrome is better if you just browse.

yeah, but since my FF crashed and all, i can't make it work again. tried uninstalling then installing, then downloading previous versions then installing but still not working.. maybe settings are already recorded in the registry or something, and i'm not that brave to mess with the registry so i just decided to use chrome, until the next reformat i guess...

lol, it also depends on what kind of website ur visiting... if u use vyew.com for virtual meetings then u know that FF crashes every time u visit a meeting, and that IE makes ur voice stutter :P
CHROME FTW

Generally 1 Gbps was nothing since long ago, but ofc we, mere mortals, couldn't know about it... xP

In 1978 first WDM systems were realized in laboratories and from what I understood from this article -> What Is WDM Fiber Network? < - the basic - lowest speed of single channel was already 2.5 Gbps...

And this is about more recent experiments. (Both about the same experiment)
