First of all. This teaser trailer has gross stuff in it and I recommend not watching it if you have a weak stomach or anything. So be warned. o.O
I don't have a synopsis for this, but 'Rec' obviously stands for record, so it's first person with the cameras from their headgear. And really I don't give a damn about the story, it's got zombies orso in it and they're getting shot at from close range. o.O Looks f*cking sick as f*ck.

But again, don't watch it if you don't like that stuff..
