Oh i think i'll watch it this weekend...even though i don't believe in 2012.

Yeah, whether you believe in it or not, it should be a good movie to you. The effects are nice, the plot is thorough, and it sort of gets you thinking. It is super long though, almost 3 hours.

its actuallly only 2 1/2 hours long. and the graphics are as epic as roland emmerich's other movies were (independance day, the day after tomorrow). the story stuck with pretty accurate science as well. over all its to most scientifically correct dissaster movie i've ever seen. even the tsunami's and volcano and earthquakes were all supposed to be like that according to scientists. so its got 9/10 stars in my book

movies like this will have been pirated in just a matter of days from the premiere (um did premiere spell it right?) in the Philippines...

Me and everyone else walked out when Spoiler it started they opened up the ship for the survivors to see the daylight, then it started to show the Earth , but I'm not sure if that was the true ending.
