Idk studios can deff come to an agreement when the next Avengers movie will deff promise over a billion dollars.

Like any film studio, they're greedy. The Avengers made $1,424,347,781 at the Box Office and it's still in theaters. The budget to make it was $220 million. You know how much money that is compared to the budget they had? That's insane! If Avengers 2 has the promise to do that, i'm sure Sony will love to be a co-producer to bring in the Spidery Boy.

In an interview they said that if Spider-Man goes extremely well with the fans, it's possible that he will be implemented.

i agree with omega, as awesome as it would be for spidy to be in the next avengers movie, i highly doubt it
plus spidy has his own movie coming out this year too, and it looks really sick

You guys don't seem to understand, running a film studio is running a business. An like in any business, those who spot a possible big opportunity, they take it. Especially when the opportunity speaks of a billion dollars and more.

Yes, but we are talking about over a Billion $$. Avengers 2 will make over a Billion $$. There is no excuse cuz the hype for the 2nd movie is growing extremely fast. Now what when they say, Spider-Man is gonna be in it, that'll bring in more crowds and widen the hype. What 5 year old doesn't know Spider-Man? A lot of 5 year old's don't know who the Hulk is. However when you bring in Spider-Man? Yes, it'll bring in over a Billion $$. With over a Billion $$, anything is possible.
