There are many explanations of what it could be and why it is that shape. Finding evidence of alien lifeforms would be amazing, but I highly doubt it is. It is most likely either a naturally deformed human head or a result of tribal ritual. There is also the possibility it is a fake.

Look alien or some deformed mofo looks like glue holding the skull together, could be fake or from mummification process. How legit is the source?  I hope it alien but the government will just hide it.

I'm pretty sure it's human :O I remember my art teacher telling me about how some old tribes used to elongate their children's skulls in infancy to make them blessed or something :X

Ah but the teeth are like those of adults :O And I doubt kids could have skulls THAT big in those times... Nope, it's definitely the offspring of a fallen one and a human chick

So a skull without any sort of biological mechanism operating it can age? It's a kid skull with adult teeth. Not to mention it must belong to a pretty f*cked-up kid xD To age or not to age? that is the question.
