I don't think that it is ruining how people go about daily life but it sure has given a huge impact with how people see things now.

Most probably, they are going with the idea that things are going to be as easy just like that.

To be fair with the games though, I think that they sell far better because they have things and components in them that are interesting because they are not as available in real life.

lol this is complete nonsense. Even the best male or female who never uses porn, the net, games, mobiles, social net working sites etc will not know 100% how to talk to the opposite sex without worrying about what there thinking about them. It is something which is just normal in our society.

People can socialise it is just now on different levels and not always face to face. Those saying gaming is ruining communication and socialisation well webcams have been introduced, microphones so that rules out that side of things.

Gaming is causing people to gain more weight and become less active they have now introduced add ons for consoles to get gamers active.

Social networking yes there a pain but do i update a lot? yes i do but i still communicate in person with those around me. I use that more to update family and friends i dont see of how my kids are and random thoughts, i wouldnt say it ruins anything.

They always seem to find a way to moan.

Article is implying that the past generation is not ruined enough. What a farce. Each generation has something they claim that 'ruined' them and surely enough 'something' is bound to ruin every generation, even the past and so will the future, now it is games and porn, if, let's say that was abolish at this instant, man will surely find something to make it his guilty pleasure and ruin him with it, now I see 'social networking' as something that will ruin next few generation.

It's like Man and Society: Man makes society and in return, society makes man. Here, man makes games/porn/what ever; and in return, porn and games makes man.

No, humans will never be ruined by a bunch of their own creations. Only stupid ones will, but every human is capable of not to become stupid. So, nobody will ever be actually ruined.

'Never' is kinda assuring term for something you can never tell, or did you come from the future?

I didn't get your logic either; 'every human is capable of not being stupid' but 'stupid ones' will only get ruined? More sound reasoning if you just say that there is a program invented to terminate all robots in case of breakdown and malfunction...or disobedience, just like how speculative fiction about robotics sort things out.

And to what will ruin humans, it could be robot, who knows? It could be aliens from the planet or whatever.
