It won't work because it's a near perfect economic system that will inevitably be handled by humans, and if nothing else is absolute, human error is. Not to mention human greed and corruption. That's why capitalism thrives, right?
Failing to meet perfection doesn’t necessarily mean that we shouldn’t have our governments interfering with certain aspects of an economy, especially if that means decreasing mass poverty whilst introducing a more accessible health system, education system and other social needs. Neoliberal capitalists have gradually gotten rid of any boundaries that prevent exploitation and will continue to do. Wages plunder, working relations are taking a step back to the dark ages, and taxes increase for the average citizen while most multinationals remain exempt. It’s an ideological argument really; for instance, there are those who are content with letting Exxon and BP profit massively from a gas findings in a nation, just because they got there first, and hey, let's have a free market, and then there are those who argue that the gas finding belong to the nation - thus to its people - so profit should be distributed accordingly. After all, don't we live in a democracy? The word itself means “power of the people” in Greek, and shouldn’t be limited to what tool you vote for in the increasingly irrelevant elections, but actual policies that improve the life quality of the people, hence power of the people. Instead, we live in a system where we systematically borrow from the very same class that simultaneously exploits our assets and hinders success for the sake of its prolonged dominance. Good job, pseudo-democracy.

I agree - especially since perfection is eternally out of reach anyway - but we have to remember the nature of capitalism and the governments that embrace it. The disparity between capitalism and communism is not just circumstantial, but driven by the people that practice them. They view these ideologies as two opposing worlds where elements of one cannot possibly work for the other. But that would be too quick to generalize. As you pointed out, some inherently capitalist corporate entities will virtually have no choice but to share the wealth. You sort of lost me there when you switched to the faults of a pseudo-democracy (aren't all democracies pseudo, anyway? lol), since the point was rather disconnected from your original thought. Sorry.

The main thing that I got was you think capitalism can in some aspects work the same as communism, but pseudo-democracies that turn governments into oligarchies are preventing that possibility?

Oh, and update:
BBC News - North Korea confirms third nuclear test

They're asking for it. Or they're really pushing this bluff.

I know how to make that NK dicktator back down.
We need a cunning plan to acquire scandalous imagery/video material of him in his most private and vulnerable moments

To guys like him, public image is everything. With the right footage, he would scrap his whole nuke plan to keep it reaching the public domain

Heh, did you really say that with a straight face? It's easy to say 9/11 shouldn't scare you after 10 years but it scared the living crap out of people right after it happened.

If only we had some way to stop him from controlling the information his people get.

North Korea doesn't have much to lose though, in my opinion - If anything goes terribly wrong for them even in a war, they would just toss a nuke over to South Korea.
