Didnt this fight seem way too easy and less intense compared to his other fights? Guess they didnt want to spend a lot of time on this guy.

If Ippo loses against Date-san, I'll be very relieved. I accidentally stumbled on Ippo's record somewhere around the net. It says Ippo has 23 matches, 22 wins, 1 loss. If he loses to Date-san, then it will be his first and last loss. ;) Still, I don't know if it's his record from the manga (which is still on-going, I guess) or from this anime, though, and I'm also not sure if it's real (maybe the source was unreliable). Nevertheless, I just feel like I'll be very relieved if he would lose to Date. =)

why does ippo have to win every match, he is too lucky. only from loss you can be a winner. this is rediculous
