I don't know how I feel about this. What happened to Miyata's footwork? That's what made him who he is. He's supposed to be an out boxer, but from what they just showed it looks like he's thrown that aside to settle as a crappy in boxer. I hope his performance was just part of him being out of it in Thailand, otherwise he won't even get to chance to have Ippo mop the floor with him.

No worries man. Ichiro probably fought in his out boxing style in the first three rounds. Given his lack luster condition and the scorching Thailand heat during training, he either slowed down after three rounds to conserve sharpness or simply got his ass kicked definitively.

Ichiro just learned the Jolt punch, it can only be thrown in an offensive in-fighting position because you need to put your whole body into it. Your weight and Punch enemies momentum = Jolt. It is a punch where when it hits the person just seems to slump to the floor... George Foreman in the later years used it a lot and was super effective with it.
