first! great episode. can't help but feel sorry for Vorg.

wow this was one rigged match that ref must be blind it was a slip and vorg was leading by three points and having a down only cost him two points which meant he was a point away but sendo won even though he was being pressured in the end? wtf! it was obviously a hometown decision that sendo won though both of them are great i believed that vorg deserve to win more

Vorg was a superior boxer. Sendo was mostly outclassed in this match. Look at their faces for pete's sake, Sendo is destroyed and he is supposed to have superior power. there was no stamina issues as in Vorg vs Ippo. I also particularly love how Sendo feels confident at Vorg's weakening legs while his own face is in the mat. I swear, i love the anime as much as I despise it at times. Characters ( or situations) become so irrationally and frustratingly retarded at times for no other reason to railroad the plot in one direction.

This is where the anime starts to piss me off. First Ippo loses when there is only like 14 episodes left what kind of **** is that, then they cheat Vorg out of his win because he slipped and the judges are biased because hes foreign.

Vorg should have win, but if you remember, ippo won all his fights against faster or more experienced opponents, just with his willpower.

Whats wrong with Ippo losing, if he lost and there's 14 episodes left then of course he has to comeback for the title. Sugar Ray Robinson, considered the best boxer ever lost too. Even Ali, Tyson, and Chavez lost. Yeah it's frustrating but what fun would watching an anime be if the main character wins everytime. The anime would lose depth, like say "oh doesn't matter if we watch him train or fight he'll always win" that would make it boring. And yes Vorg should have won, but this is an anime based on boxing it happens all the time in the real world especially in boxing, to me it makes it more entertaining that there are stuff thats related to real life examples(youtube Holyfield vs Lewis).

This anime has far surpassed my expectations. Going to have to pick up the manga at the end of this...

Kinda sad when the guy banging the drum in the audience has more frames of animation than the boxers boxing.

Sendo is just an angry douche I really wish his character would have died with his first loss

I wanted Vorg to win :/ he had better reasons than Sendo.hhahah now Sendo has to buy videogames to the kids
