If you read the manga just ignore this, but in case anyone doesn't know the reason France found Germany out is because of the way he ate his potatoes. All mashed up instead of whole. That's what the text is explaining.

In Italy cutting in line really is a normal thing and try to say something back to them and they'll start shouting and saying nonsense just to shut you up... -____- I live in Italy so I know.. >_____>

God!!! I couldn't tell what ANYONE was saying in the grocery shopping scene because of the stupid english layer of words right on top of the japanese script! I mean, seriously... cut it out. And the translation couldn't keep up with the mayhem, but that's sort of the price you have to pay for watching a crazy anime like this. :/
