but America actually tries not to read the atmosphere (in order to keep his "it's me!" attitude) so actually the real ones who do need to read the atmosphere is Italy and Spain



but surprisingly, Italy knows a little about it, and Spain is actually the only one who has no idea about reading the atmosphere, so Spain really needs to be in that scene :] based on the doujinshi anyways ^.^
