this is the only arc i dont find interesting enough, but, then again, your only meant to watch this anime once through, all the horror is removed once you have watched it once, then its just a gore-fest.

That was definitely Satoko's uncle. You can tell because 98% of anime people wear the same clothes through a whole series and those are his clothes. Though I don't get Rena, she should just kill the woman and Satoko's uncle, it would solve everything. Why is murder considered such a bad thing when it is for a good cause?
