ahahha, that was perfect. Lovely episode, I can't believe it he really did die. Looks like this is going to end with the mystery solved somehow.

Keiichi leaves village for 2 days -> triggers Hinamizawa Syndrome -> He starts to be suspicious of everything. -> Irie Clinic wants live specimen of H. Syndrome victim, sends out Yamainu (misters in white van) to get Keiichi -> Mion and Rena make Ohagis -> Yamainu somehow puts in the syndrome amplifying drug tipped needle in it -> Keiichi becomes even more crazier -> wakes up at home -> Mion and Rena have marker to draw on Keiichi's face, but hallucinates that it is a syringe -> kills everyone -> runs to phone booth -> calls Ooishi

Can someone tell me what means "Gonai" this is the last word before he dies. Unfortunelty it is not subtitled.
