why do i feel like Howl=older version of haku and sophie= older version of chihiro? no complaints the characters are obviously completely differnet but they look a lot alike

The first time I saw this movie was in Japanese with no subs lol... I had no idea what was happening. I think this was my 3rd time watching it now... I am still a little confused about Sophie's curse sometimes. I wish they had more clearly explained that. I should read the book, maybe it tells the story better.

rewatching the movie I noticed for the first time that howl "revives" calcipher after sophie almost auses him to die out, calcipher actually takes the form of a beating heart, that only make sense afyer you'v finished the movie: it is howl's heart, brilliant foreshadowing detail, la marque des grands

Well...........awesome movie and the way Sophie was kissing every one was also nyc but i really didnt understand her spell condition as well, once she was old then young then old and in the end back to be young, i m alittle confused here, mb bcz of her love for Howl, her spell was broken ??? am i right ???? any hw happy ending, loved it so much thnx for the upload ;D ^_^
