I hope the fillers end soon. I like the new spin on Naruto's past though. It's not really new but they expanded on the dark side of it a lot more than the original did. They do a fantastic job at it too.

So how many more of these until we get some cannon?

this stuff is free so i don't know why you all are complaining. it's interesting to show someone's past, if that was me, and people kept shunning me aside, i'd be with the akatsuki if i was naruto. instead he's trying to fit in and that's why we know he wants to be noticed so bad. filler? yes. interesting? yes. No action? go watch expendables or something. This show is an epic not a movie. Good ****, i'll watch this stuff all day. It makes for interesting episodes down the line.
