alright so as far as i see it everyone has something that they do on the ship
nami is the navigator(and when sailing more of a captain that Luffy)
sanji is the chef(and a kick ass fighter, literally)
zoro is the first mate(and also a BA fighter)
Luffy is supposed to be the captain(but is really just the best fighter EVER)
and Usopp... i think he might just be an inventor type guy...or just useless

but thats how i see every body's roles on board the ship
also they all support each other and that stuff
