First of all: I think God exists, everyone has their own opinion though, so don't start beaching:^^
Second: Referring to the snake, it was alot bigger on the island in the sky, and since it's bigger then it should have thicker scales.
And thirdly but not leastly: About the wings on them while being on earth, I got 2 theories of that. Either they descended from heaven(Enel said that that island would fall down to earth soon, who knows. This might just be a re-do), or it was due to "the grand line", I mean, lookit, they have Mer-men, giants, Ussop, why can't they have people with small wings that are good for nothing?

2: remember the south birds?? yea they were MUCH bigger, and they even said themselves that the species would take on a different form of evolution to survive, weather it be expanding themselves like a balloon and such.
3: this one is a little tricky, becuz sure almost anything is possible in the grand line (exzibit A: Ussop, lol) but all those things technically have a reason for being there (mer-men becuz there's a hell of a lot of water, ect).
the decended from heaven theory seems a little vague, you might be rite, but there is no proof that skypeia has ever been on the ground yet.
