I think the only thing that can defeat black beard is Kairouseki... And by the way, if he only absorbs all the pain given to him by his enemies, then an easy way to defeat him is by being a normal person and punch and punch and punch him till he's absorbed all those punches to death...Absorption after all doesn't mean he could nullify the pain, he'd still feel it, so someone with a strong fist could punch him and let him die feeling all the absorbed pain to death!!! Hahahahaha... That's just me rumbling, don't mind me, guys... ^_^
