1. Oz is the reincarnation of Jack, it's been said several times.
2. You already know almost all of that, if not all of it.
3. Vincent killed Alice, at least the real world version of her.
4. Vincent was cast out of Abyss along with Gil by the Abyss Alice.
5. Leo is Elliot's servant, and no doubt Elliot is a reincarnation of Glen. Thus them writing the same song but with different variations.
6. Jack's.
You're probably forgetting time has no relation in Abyss, that's why Break was able to see the aftermath of the tragedy even though it was around 50 years before he came to Abyss.
While I agree the ending seemed a little bad, and I've heard more than once it's not how the manga went, chalk it up to the Full Metal Alchemist kind of scenario. There's been plenty of endings that left more questions than it answered. Take Wolf's Rain for example.

My heart feels heavy. When all ended, he did let go of Alice and she returned to Abyss (I think). And that's it.. They should have been together as lovers, or see eachother as sibblings... Lousy ending. Really... Lousy ...
Loved the series though. i don't regret that I watched it .. ^-^
