This is a theory but people with pure heart or are really innocent can get their Personas immediately. This had happened to Yu. For Nanako's case, I think Yu got her persona instead of her getting her Persona.... with this case it caused her death.



I don't play the game but I did observed this...

Hmm, i thought Nanako would get involved, but i didn't think she would die. That was a shock!
