Thats rather fast this episode came out. I just hope the translation will be fast too :)

It's not like that,episode #20 came out a week ago,it's just that it took them a week to translate it,so the new episode came out the day after. I really hope it won't take them to much to translate it this time

It actually came out the same day as I saw it, which really pissed me off. This is by far the best anime currently running.

I agree with chi-ro, I actually prefere this to DN (big words sorry).
So anyone else felt like killin scyte on the scene when he came to ***** out reji? Seriously I did.

Dun dun dun and the drama gets heavier, I like both Elen and Cal and i can't decided who to root for if they do brawl out, I just really hope Reji murders scythe master before this anime ends.

Man subs took 2 episodes to come out. I freakin love this anime been watching it every since episode 1 but whats with all the plot holes. Why have'nt they explained the reason reji and elen are at some school. 0_o or maybe i didn't patch attention during episode 19. Anyway its so great A

the is somewhat a prob with scythe plan for using cal's hate..when or if she kills reji her hate will i guess u could say be gone and she may start to feel sadness , hhmmm well i guess if that happens he could use the sadness to his advantage in making a better phantom that feels no pain or whatever else....but anywasy even if reji points a gun to cal's head he is no way in hell going to be able to pull the trigger...ty for the new ep

I thought reiji and elen was in high school. Well, he did look too old to be a school student. I guess was wrong about one thing. It seems that actually they're college students. However, I still think it's too short for Cal to grow up that much just in 2 years. If it's 4 or more years, I think that's more logical.

lol *face palm* you know they could be lying about their ages and decided to go with high school, whats the big deal there's not plot whole their at all they explained how they arrived their in all i doubt they have the money to be going in some university or something. As for cal becoming so older in 2 years that she looks older then reji and elen that i can't figure out, scythe must have done something that he isn't saying.

what happened to my cute cal...and screw its too complicated just choke the man and then run.

Good episode

People can change a lot in two years. Plus, did you see the difference in Reiji when they jumped two or three months? He was so much taller. So the anime's maker makes people grow really fast anyway.

Good episode, though the next is going to be even better. All 3 Phantoms... now THAT's gonna be pwnsome!

Man, this is probably one of my favorite current animes that is running.

As far as to why Cal looks like she's 23 instead of 13 or w/e, this is just classic anime portrayal. Girls who are in middle school almost always look like they are in high school, and girls in high school look like they can be in college. Personally I think it's a little stupid, but I guess they wanted her to appear the same age as the other two phantoms.

Sure it annoys me a little, but I've come to expect this stuff in anime over the years. Either way, It's an amazing show, that I look forward to every week.

I am sorry but its just mind boggling how this girl Cal comes from looking like a 13 year old and looks like she is 21-22 years old now. Then Reiji and Elen are both in high school *face palm* I just can't seem to contemplate where they are going with this. But I will try to give a logical explanation to everyone so you can think of it this way. Please don't hesitate to correct me if I made a mistake about something.

Elen and Reiji:

1) In the beginning of the series: Ages were both 17 years old
2) The six month time jump for both: Turned 18 years old that goes for Reiji and Elen
3) Two year time jump: They both are 20 years old

As for Cal

1) After meeting Reiji: Her age is about 15 years old
2) The two year time jump: She is now 17 years old

Meh, Cal seemed more in the 12 to 14 range to me before. And I really don't like the way they aged her but I'm getting over it. As far as Elen and Reiji I would echo what Tenshi489 said and say it's very likely they just decided to be that age in this new life they were trying to make for themselves. They both had to know going into that area they were essentially (gang wise) in enemy territory. While Reiji didn't know about the leaders daughter I'm sure it wasn't by chance that Elen happened to be in the same grade and become friend with her.

No matter how long it was, these are two very smart people and chances are most everything they've done in the past two years was very thoroughly thought out and planned to be the way it is. While they didn't expect to have Cal be the person after them as the next phantom they've already shown they have multiple back up plans and safety nets. I believe it was about 2 or 3 days total and they would be completely ready to disappear again without a trace.

Did anyone notice it was cold enough to snow but no one had a jacket on? o_O
