Description: First Squad is set during the opening days of World War II on the Eastern Front. Its main cast are a group of Soviet teenagers with extraordinary abilities; the teenagers have been drafted to form a special unit to fight the invading German army. They are opposed by a Schutzstaffel (SS) officer who is attempting to raise from the dead a supernatural army of crusaders from the 12th-century Order of the Sacred Cross and enlist them in the Nazi cause. Language: Russian!!!!!!!

I,personally,loved this.The documentary-style interviews added more realism,and the idea of such a squad existing is such an interesting idea for a movie,the grand finale ended with a boom,as time froze and the dead fought for the survival of the living.one thing that I really liked was that it never felt "rushed" like some movies do.they took the time to explain the backstory and introduce the characters.I also like how there are even some shreds of truth to this,such as the two secret military organizations(they both existed)and the battle on the ice,in which russian villagers fought against german crusaders.
