I started off watching this anime with a broad mind set, expecting for exciting possibilities and what-nots. Since, this was featured i kind’a raised my bars of hope for this to actually entertain me. There are 12 episodes and the verdict is… they sucked, major sucked.

This anime irks me in more ways than one.

First, this anime has a great potential to totally blow people away with amazing action scenes by using their contracts from each different card, BUT it turned out to be a desperate struggle to become a sort of slice-of-life anime with a cheap-shot at comedy.

Second, the character types were a total cliche, resulting into an overused banter and clash between the hot-headed((The Fool) and the cool guy(Death) as they each woo the Princess(The Lover/ Wheel of Fortune) with their own ways.

Third, is that there is no antagonist. There is no certain evil, fearful person except for Jolly(The Moon) which i personally think is a good guy just not doing the right actions.

The animation was great though, too bad it was all wasted on a cheap unexciting story line.
