It’s an entirely new programme that has just had the Beyblade name stuck onto it. Don’t expect to see anything from the original series in this. The characters are gone, the blade style’s gone (due to the new range of Beyblades) and even the catchphrase has gone.

Sadly it seems as though Beyblade as we know it has gone.

Otherwise it’s a half-decent anim? and probably good for the new audience it was obviously aimed at.

If you’re a fan of the old series you may want to give this a miss. If you’re a newcomer to Beyblade you should watch the earlier incarnations as well.
