This is a great series. It circles around two girls with the same name and totally different personalities and lifestyles. It’s a heartwarming story about love, life and friendship. It shows how two people can be totally different, but both yearn for the same thing, love and happiness.

Nana O. is a wild spirit that wants to make it in the music industry.

Nana K. is a lonely girl that just wants to make it in life.

Both end up living together and becoming friends. They share many things together, yet Nana O. is very secretive and she opens up to Nana K. Nana K on the other hand, her life is an open story and she eagerly tells it. All of the characters in the story are wonderful. Yasu, Nana O’s protector, Nobu, a rich little kid rebelling against his parents, Shin, a lost soul looking for love in all the wrong places, Ren, Nana O’s lover leaves her to pursue a dream, Shoji, Nana K’s friend that becomes her lover…so many other wonderful characters each with their own charming or not so charming personalities. A must for anyone that loves Shojo, Manga from the heart..
