I don’t know what it is.

The way most suspense/horror genre animes has a certain art style that you can tell right away that it’s going to be a creepy-type anime.

From the way the anime starts, it doesn’t look like it falls in this genre.

However, this anime has the murder, gore, creepy characters,  and mystery that any horror genre anime would have.

So why a 7/10? Because people are frightened by different things so this may not be creepy for some even though it was for me. A better-than-neutral rating.

Anywhoo, Worth watching..
