Description: Two years have passed since Hei and Yin escaped the Syndicate after the events of the first season. Making their way to Russia, Hei encounters a young girl named Suou Pavlichenko, whose family is gradually pulled into the war between contractors and various intelligence factions. Meanwhile, Misaki Kirihara has quit her position in Foreign Affairs to begin her own investigations into Hei, the Contractors and the Syndicate.

Hei is now working in Russia. and he is stil doing it his style.

It is just as good as the orginal version.

In the meanwhile the police is working on finding Hei. It is just as intruinging as allways. And with the same kind atmosphere and still some comedy in it.AND a all new character which and something a little xtra into the comedy and atmosphere.Very good if not of the best quality of anime.Highly recommended to watch!!!.
