I didn’t think I would like this anime at all after the first episode, but I decided to give it a chance. And it paid off. It is one of the most uniquely done animes I have ever seen (and I have watched quite a few). With constant changes in perspectives and time periods, with blends of 1930’s mob life and alchemy, and with scenes moving from action, violence, and death to pure comedy, it is a one of a kind anime. You will become immersed in the twists and turns of the plot and shocked by what you will find out. Watch it and you will love it!
